FSIE imposes additional rules on tax exemption claim on foreign sourced passive income (i.e., dividend income, interest income, disposal gains, IP Income) BEPS Pillar 2 Reform imposes minimum Tax rate of 15% to MNE with consolidated revenue of over EUR 750 million starting from 1 January 2025 in Hong Kong.
