Mr. P. H. Chik was a partner at Baker McKenzie, Beijing Office, from 2007 to 2012 and a partner at Linklaters, Beijing Office, between 2012 and 2016. Upon returning to Hong Kong in 2017, he joined another international law firm as a partner, before his retirement in April 2018. He has extensive experience in advising on IPOs and post-listing compliance. Mr. Chik is also a former adjunct professor of the College of Business of City University of Hong Kong.

Henry started his first career in Big 4 Corporate Tax Department for a number of years and later joined Cheng & Cheng Taxation Services Limited. Henry and his team are equipped with knowledge in Hong Kong, PRC and international Taxation, transfer pricing in providing comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.

Henry is regular speaker at various professional associations including Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and frequent contributor of tax articles on various media and magazines, including Capital magazine, A Plus magazine (the journal of HKICPA), CSj magazine (the journal of HKICS), Yahoo Finance.

Mr. Yeung has wealth of experience from business operation, compliances, business development, strategy & financials. He worked as senior Finance head / business partner in multiple MNCs, including WPP, Disney, Flight Centre. Mr. Yeung graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the AICPA California.
