Brendon started his career in Corporate Finance at PKF in London after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He moved to the VATIT Group early on in his career to run the European operations of the Group. In 2017 he became CEO of the VAT Reclaim division of the Group, which has grown into the largest VAT reclaim and VAT compliance provider globally. Brendon was a Board member of the International VAT Association during his tenure as VATIT Reclaim CEO, and a regular speaker on the International VAT circuit.
Brendon has experience in growing and managing global teams, developing software solutions and products in the Reg Tech space, and dealing with complex issues around VAT and statutory compliance. More recently he co-founded Playroll, an Employer of Record services business that allows Companies to hire employees globally without the need for local entities.

Henry first started his career in working at Hong Kong Corporate Tax Department in a Big 4 firm for a number of years and later joined Cheng & Cheng Taxation Services Limited. Henry and his team are equipped with knowledges in PRC, Hong Kong and International Taxation (both Corporate and Individual Income Tax) as well as transfer pricing in order to provide comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.
Henry is a regular speaker at various professional associations including the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS), the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors, etc. He is also a frequent contributor of tax articles on various media and magazines, including Capital magazine, A Plus magazine (journal of HKICPA), CSj magazine (journal of HKICS), Yahoo Finance, etc.
