Carey is an experienced corporate relations specialist, with over 8 years of experience in client relationship management for corporate advisory services. Her expertise extends to corporate valuation, ESG advisory, investor relations, shareholder investigation, proxy advisory and share registrar services. Prior to joining Alliance, Carey held a client management role in a Hong Kong Exchange listed company and oversaw the provision of valuation and ESG advisory services to PRC and HK listed companies, as well as nurturing relationships between listed corporates and investors with her outstanding diplomatic skills. Carey was a corporate relationship specialist and focused on managing HK and Greater China clients for investor-related advisory services such as shareholder investigation, proxy solicitation, and share registrar services for listed corporates.

Race is an experienced investor relations specialist, with over 10 years of experience in stock surveillance, shareholder tracking, targeting and engagement. Race was the investor relations director in WonderfulSky Financial Group for three years. He managed the Greater China team that provides market intelligence, gap analysis and advisory services to C-suite, board members, investor relations teams, intermediaries, and legal advisors. Providing hundreds of shareholder surveillance reports to corporates for AGMs and EGMs. Earning wide respect among clients and advisors for delivering results in ultrahigh identify rate and effective engagement solutions. Race has also worked with listed companies to develop coherent ESG strategies to comply with regulations and help the company to get ready for the wave of sustainable investments.
Mr. Henry Kwong

Henry started his first career in Big 4 Corporate Tax Department for a number of years and later joined Cheng & Cheng Taxation Services Limited. Henry and his 20 tax team members are equipped with knowledge in Hong Kong, PRC and international Taxation, transfer pricing in providing comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.
Henry is regular speaker at various professional associations including Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and frequent contributor of tax articles on various media and magazines, including Capital magazine, A Plus magazine (the journal of HKICPA), CGj magazine (the journal of HKCGI), Yahoo Finance.
