Mikhail conducted projects in Russia and the CIS, Europe and Asia (incl. cross-border engagements), as well covering the US and the UK jurisdictionally, and served clients operating in variety of major industries.

Mikhail has led numerous fraud investigations, compliance assessments and improvements as well as pre- and post-transaction forensic due diligence assignments.
