Previously, he led the finance digital transformation of a multinational manufacturer, listed in Singapore and Hong Kong, involving 70 entities globally. He has over 20 years of extensive experience covering strategic planning, mergers and acquisition, treasury management and tax strategy.

Over 25 years of executive experience in banking & educating management , acting as the Head of International Affairs for Vietnam’s Da Nang Blockchain Association , consulting Quality Assurance for 4 Vietnam Government Universities, Dr Chan has been being validated as Academic Partners for a number of UK’s Universities. Concurrently in 2021, he is providing M&A advises for 2 listed Korean companies entering into the market of Vietnam.

Henry started his first career in Big 4 Corporate Tax Department for a number of years and later joined Cheng & Cheng Taxation Services Limited. Henry and his team are equipped with knowledge in Hong Kong, PRC and international Taxation, transfer pricing in providing comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.

Henry is regular speaker at various professional associations including Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and frequent contributor of tax articles on various media and magazines, including Capital magazine, A Plus magazine (the journal of HKICPA), CSj magazine (the journal of HKICS), Yahoo Finance.
