Experienced Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated history of working across many industries with specialisation in the financial services industry. Skilled in Tax, International Tax, Due Diligence, Tax Advisory, and Mergers & Acquisitions (cross border and domestic). His passion to offer high quality and consistent personalised services to the clients along with deep understanding of emerging trends in technology has driven him to set up his fin tech platforms (viz. Tech.CA and e2mp). He is a strong supporter of Indian start-up sector and is a Mentor, Advisor and Angel Investor of few start-ups/SMEs.

He is a regular speaker on the subject of international taxation, cross border mergers and venture capital investments. He is a member of Executive Board of International Fiscal Association, Netherlands and President of India Chapter of Asia CEO Community, Hong Kong.

Henry and his team are equipped with knowledges in PRC, Hong Kong and International Taxation (both Corporate and Individual Income Tax) as well as transfer pricing in order to provide comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.

Henry is a regular speaker at various professional associations including the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI), the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors, etc. He is also a frequent contributor of tax articles on various media and magazines, including Capital magazine, A Plus magazine (journal of HKICPA), CGj magazine (journal of HKCGI), Yahoo Finance, etc.
