CF Wong ACMA CGMA, CA (Singapore) is currently a principal-Greater China at the CFO Centre in HK. Previously, he led the finance digital transformation of a multinational manufacturer, listed in Singapore and Hong Kong, involving 70 entities globally. He has over 20 years of extensive experience covering strategic planning, mergers and acquisition, treasury management and tax strategy.

Carrie has more than 10 years experience in advising commercial matters, including international conglomerate holding structure, tax matters, commercial IP, cross-border transactional and operational matters in APAC. She also advises venture capital and private equity funds on portfolio investment companies. She has also obtained the certificate of Venture Finance Programme from University of Oxford and certificate of Executive Coaching from University of Cambridge.

Henry started his first career in Big 4 Corporate Tax Department for a number of years and later joined Cheng & Cheng Taxation Services Limited. Henry and his team are equipped with knowledge in Hong Kong, PRC and international Taxation, transfer pricing in providing comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.

Henry is regular speaker at various professional associations including Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and frequent contributor of tax articles on various media and magazines, including Capital magazine, A Plus magazine (the journal of HKICPA), CSj magazine (the journal of HKICS), Yahoo Finance.
