Supports in structuring supply chains, international and investment projects, foreign trade transactions, including licensing structures. Provides resolution of customs disputes, mediation with customs authorities. Advising on currency control and customs administration issues. Ksenia has over five years’ experience working in the customs authorities and has worked in consulting for over 14 years. Ksenia has been co-chair of the Customs and Transport Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in St Petersburg since 2017. Mikhail is a Senior Manager in Forensic & Integrity Services. His forensic career commenced in 2005 in a Big Four firm. Since 2013 Mikhail managed internal controls for a Russian private institution and was an investigator at a specialist global risk consultancy, to join B1 (formerly, EY) in 2019.

Mikhail conducted projects in Russia and the CIS, Europe and Asia (incl. cross-border engagements), as well covering the US and the UK jurisdictionally, and served clients operating in variety of major industries.

Mikhail has led numerous fraud investigations, compliance assessments and improvements as well as pre- and post-transaction forensic due diligence assignments.
