Tax Manager / Assistant Manager – China Tax & Transfer Pricing Team

We provide a wide range of financial services, including, auditing, internal control and risk management, accounting, liquidation, taxation, pre-IPO and IPO services, etc.

Our China Tax team and Transfer Pricing Team will be mainly responsible for the following items:-

China Corporate Income Tax Advisory
China Individual Income Tax Advisory and Tax Equalization
China Tax Provision for Listed Entities
Transfer Pricing Advisory and Documentation (Master File, Local File and Country-by-Country Reporting)
China Inbound and Outbound Investment Advisory
IPO Restructuring and Advisory Services
Hong Kong Tax Residency Certificate Advisory and Application (and the Application of Beneficial Ownership Requirement in China)

Depending on engagement needs, candidates may be required to assist and manage Hong Kong Tax Advisory Engagements.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and coordinate tax-efficient solutions and compliance for clients, with the aims of best addressing their business needs
Monitor, solve and anticipate management and compliance issues
Take charge of junior staff, including reviewing their works, providing mentoring support and appraising their performance
Involve in business development campaigns
Willing to acquire up-to-date tax and business knowledge

Requirements

3 to 6 years of working experience in professional taxation firms (Hong Kong Profits Tax experience also counts)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and preferably Mandarin
